I dedicated myself to fasting and prayer for the Lord's will regarding the work He had given me. The Lord led me beautifully through His Word, showing me the path that I would take in later years.
He told me that I would have to testify in a time of great spiritual darkness when people would hide their faces and stop their ears from the light of His truth.
For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. (Isaiah 60:2)
He told me that I would go to many places to make people aware about the signs of the end times and the prophecies to be fulfilled before the coming of the Lord.
And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings. (Revelation 10:11)
He told me about the hardships I would face when preaching His Word.
And he said unto me, Son of man, I send thee to the children of Israel, to a rebellious nation that hath rebelled against me: they and their fathers have transgressed against me, even unto this very day. For they are impudent children and stiffhearted. I do send thee unto them; and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD. And they, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear, (for they are a rebellious house,) yet shall know that there hath been a prophet among them. And thou, son of man, be not afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns be with thee, and thou dost dwell among scorpions: be not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house. And thou shalt speak my words unto them, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear: for they are most rebellious. (Ezekiel 2: 3-8)
The Lord showed me that just as Jeremiah prophesied about the coming Babylonian invasion and saw Israel fall in his day, I would see the words that I speak come to pass in my day, as I speak them.
The scriptures I read came alive to me that night and I was made sure of my commission.
It was between 11 pm to 2 am that I was led by the Spirit of God to name the work that the Lord gave me: Rhema Life Ministry.

Now what does Rhema mean? Rhema is a Greek word used by the translators of the Bible for God's Spoken Word. The original text of the New Testament tells us that Rhema means an operative or all-powerful word or spoken command of God.
In the book of Matthew 4:4, the scripture says,
"Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word (Rhema - operative, all-powerful Word of God) that proceedeth out of the mouth of God."

There are so many promises written in the Bible for the life of every believing human soul. But nothing brings life inside us until that same word is spoken by God Himself into our hearts through his Spirit. This is the reason Jesus said,
"It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the WORDS that I SPEAK unto you, they are spirit, and they are life." (John 6:63)

We can see an instance of Rhema Life when Jesus cries,
"Lazarus, Come forth."
It is that Spoken Word - the Rhema of God, uttered from the mouth of the Saviour bringing forth life.
"And when He thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth." (John 11:43)
Without the Word we are nothing. It is the Word working in us that manifests the power of God through us.

Rhema Life Ministry is an independent, non-denominational, unaided, faith based group of like minded believers following the apostolic doctrines and upholding the Word of God in the face of denominationalism, ecumenism, and diverse false teachings of today.
Our church building rests in Senthamil Nagar, Sugunapuram East, Kuniamuthur, Coimbatore 641 008. We conduct fortnightly prophetic awareness meetings in Coimbatore town and are working to spread awareness in and around Coimbatore, TN. (Read: Prophetic Awareness Bible Study - Cbe-Trichy)
Our church in Trichy was established in 2012 after 3 years of ministry work in that area, and is located in Poolankudi, OFT, Trichy.
The few believers in Rhema Life Church help to take the message of the hour through print and digital media throughout Tamil Nadu, and slowly across India.
